By her junior year, she says she weighed 92 pounds and was no longer healthy enough to play basketball, which she says angered her father.” showing how lack of affection can damage a teen, using hurtful words can damage a teen also in their health and how Canning couldn't play because of her eating disorder this doesn't let her interact with other young ladies as well. a way one can make a change in our city with this issue are putting part in organizations having activities with teens who are suffering of abuse, gaining friendship and trust. one step at a time could really change the teens life with us being part of it
